Development opportunities of heat resistant aluminum alloy conductor (JNRLH60/G1A) in China
The heat-resistant aluminum alloy can be divided into heat-resistant aluminum alloy with conductivity of 58% IACS and heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire with conductivity of 60% IACS. Because the carrying capacity of heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire can be increased by 60% or more when it is used at 150 ℃ than at 90 ℃, it can be used as compatibilizing wire. The high-strength properties of high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy wire can improve the dynamic stability under the condition of short circuit or overload, and its heat-resistant properties can improve the thermal stability. The super heat-resistant aluminum alloy and super high heat-resistant aluminum alloy to be developed can further improve the current carrying capacity and heat-resistant performance of the conductor, and further increase its long-term use temperature to 180 ℃, 210 ℃ and 230 ℃.
High strength aluminum alloy conductor and heat-resistant low resistance aluminum alloy conductor have the following advantages compared with the traditional steel cored aluminum strand:
(1) under the same unit weight, the aluminum alloy conductor has the advantages of small DC resistance, large current carrying capacity, large pulling force and large single weight ratio of pulling force;
(2) compared with the same current carrying capacity, aluminum alloy conductor has the advantages of light weight, large pulling force and larger single weight ratio. Aluminum alloy conductor is a single material conductor, which is easy to install and construct;
(3) aluminum alloy conductor bearing low risk energy level;
(4) the service life of ordinary steel cored aluminum strand is about 50 years, and the service life of aluminum alloy conductor is more than 100-120 years.
